NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH...GUSTING TO 30 TO 35 MPH
WILL BE COMMON ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. LOCAL
GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH ABOUT 3 AM.

THESE WINDS MAY MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR LIGHT
WEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON EAST-WEST ROADWAYS.
USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING. LIGHTWEIGHT OBJECTS
LIKE PATIO AND LAWN FURNITURE AND TRASH CANS CAN ALSO BE BLOWN
AROUND. RECENTLY FALLEN LEAVES WILL BE BLOWING EVERYWHERE AS WELL.

IN ADDITION...GUSTS TO 35 MPH OR HIGHER CAN BE EXPECTED. STRONG
WINDS WILL ALLOW FOR LOOSE OUTDOOR OBJECTS TO BLOW AROUND. IN
ADDITION...DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY WITH HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST AND WESTBOUND ROUTES. USE CAUTION WHILE
TRAVELING OR OUTDOORS TONIGHT.
