  The Mississippi River at Burlington.
* Until Sunday morning.
* At 10:00 AM Wednesday the stage was 15.4 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...Rise to 15.8 feet Thursday morning. Fall below flood
  stage Sunday morning.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Agricultural flooding occurs.
