IN AND AROUND ST. FRANCIS WITH WATER COVERING ROUTE 161. A PORTION
OF 161 EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE TOWN LINE BETWEEN ST. FRANCIS AND ST.
JOHN EXTENDING WEST TO ALLAGASH REMAINS CLOSED.

* THE AREA IN AND AROUND ST. FRANCIS IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO BE
