INDICATE A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING STRONG WINDS OVER 35 KNOTS ABOUT 4
NM WEST OF STURGEON POINT...MOVING EAST AT 35 KNOTS. THIS STORM IS
PRODUCING VERY LITTLE LIGHTNING...DO NOT WAIT FOR THE SOUND OF
THUNDER TO SEEK SAFE HARBOR.

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR
   HAMBURG LAKESHORE...
   BUFFALO...
   UPPER NIAGARA RIVER...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BOATERS SHOULD GO TO A SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY. IF POSSIBLE REMAIN
BELOW DECK TO AVOID THE THREAT OF LIGHTNING. STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND
HIGH WAVES MAY QUICKLY CAPSIZE YOUR CRAFT. BOATS IN PORT SHOULD NOT
