...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Navarro, Limestone, and McLennan counties in
  north central Texas.

* WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
    the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Waco, Corsicana, Hewitt, Robinson, Bellmead, Woodway, Mexia,
    Lacy-Lakeview, West, Mart, Beverly Hills, Lorena, Riesel,
    Coolidge, Blooming Grove, Dawson, Golinda, Hallsburg, Angus
    and Barry.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Coleman, Concho and Runnels.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water
  in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1058 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ballinger, Paint Rock, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park
    Marina, Leaday, Talpa, Benoit, Voss, The Intersection Of
    Ranch Road 1929 And Ranch Road 2134, Us-83 Near The Concho-
    Runnels County Line, The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road
    1929, Fisk and Mozelle.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, CR 116 crossing Pony Creek,
    County Road 348 crossing Bull Creek, County Road 131 crossing
    Hog Creek, crossings along County Road 158, County Road 135
    crossing Middle Mustang Creek, crossings along County Road
    157, County Road 120 crossing Long Branch, crossings along
    County Road 128 and Farm Road 1929 crossing.

  - At 1044 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Ponding of water
  in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1010 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ballinger, Miles, Rowena, Lowake, Tennyson, Orient, Ballinger
    Lake, Harriet, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line, The
    Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929 and The
    Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    FM 1692 crossing Concho River, FM 1692 crossing The Draw, FM
    1692 crossing Sales Branch, Poverty Canyon crossing Mule
    Creek, Rawlins crossing, Saynor crossing Mule Creek, Juniper
    crossing Juniper Creek, Juniper Road crossing just east of

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 931 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Angelo, Miles, Grape Creek, Orient, O.C. Fisher
    Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, Carlsbad, Tennyson,
    Goodfellow Air Force Base, Water Valley, The Intersection Of
    Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662, Harriet and Us-87 Near The
    Coke-Tom Green County Line.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    College Hills and Millbrook, Howard and Webster, Jackson From
    Knickerbocker to South Bryant, Southwest Blvd and Loop 306,
    FM 1692 crossing Sales Branch, 300 block of North Archer,
    Huntington and Sunset, FM 1692 crossing The Draw, Huntington
    and Sunset and Sul Ross At Red Arroyo Crossing.
