EXTREME WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS AND EXTREME EASTERN PERMIAN
BASIN...

.AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE AND FREEZING FOG WILL CONTINUE INTO
THE MORNING MAKING TRAVEL CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS. FREEZING DRIZZLE
WILL BE A LITTLE MORE WIDESPREAD AND TEMPERATURES COLDER ACROSS
THE EXTREME WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS AND EXTREME EASTERN
PERMIAN BASIN.
