* AT  4:15 PM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 11.5 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY SATURDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE
  TO RISE TO NEAR 12.4 FEET BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...AGRICULTURAL AND TIMBER LANDS FLOODED. WATER
  BEGINS TO ENCROACH UPON ALTAMAHA PARK.
* IMPACT...AT 10.0 FEET...RIVER BEGINS COMING OUT OF CHANNEL BANKS
  INUNDATING LOW LYING BOTTOMLANDS.

FORECAST FLOODING AT EVERETT CITY. CHARLOTTE AND DOCTORTOWN ARE ALSO
ON THE RISE...BUT CURRENTLY FORECAST TO REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE
THROUGH TUESDAY.

* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 75.9 FEET BY
  EARLY TUESDAY MORNING THEN BEGIN FALLING.
* IMPACT...AT 74.5 FEET...MINOR FLOODING OF TIMBER AND AGRICULTURAL
  LAND CAN BE EXPECTED.
