* IMPACTS...IN ADDITION TO THE REDUCED VISIBILITY...ICY ROADWAYS
  CAN BE EXPECTED IN AREAS WHERE TEMPERATURES ARE AT OR BELOW
  FREEZING.

.WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS AND AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING
ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA AND THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY. THIS
INCLUDES I-94 FROM BISMARCK THROUGH JAMESTOWN. OTHER LOCATIONS
IMPACTED ARE THE FORT YATES...LINTON...ASHLEY AND ELLENDALE AREAS.
THOSE TRAVELING SHOULD USE CAUTION AND AVOID THE USE OF CRUISE
CONTROL ON SLICK ROADS.
