BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY EVENING OVER MUCH OF
SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA. AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB
INTO THE 70S WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES DROPPING AS LOW AS 15
PERCENT. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH. WHEN COMBINED WITH DRY FUELS...RAPID FIRE
