* WIND...NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH OCCASIONAL EARLY
  TO MID AFTERNOON GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM VALUES WILL BE 33 TO 40 PERCENT BY MID TO
  LATE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...

.A FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON FOR AREAS
SOUTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM GRANITE FALLS TO NEW ULM TO
FAIRMONT. STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON
WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT.
SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON. WIND GUSTS FROM 45 TO 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED AS WELL.
HUMIDITY LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO DROP TO NEAR 40 PERCENT ACROSS
THE WATCH AREA. THE STRONG WINDS AND LOWERING HUMIDITY WILL
COMBINE TO CREATE THE THREAT FOR SEEING CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS.
