AREAS OF FOG...LOCALLY DENSE...AND PATCHY DRIZZLE OR FREEZING
DRIZZLE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS NORTHERN NEBRASKA. A BAND
OF SNOW IS SLOWLY LIFTING NORTH ACROSS THE CENTRAL SANDHILLS THIS
AFTERNOON...WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES
IN LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW. ACROSS NORTHWEST INTO NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA...NORTH OF THIS BAND AND CLOSER TO THE NEBRASKA/SOUTH
DAKOTA BORDER...AREAS OF FOG REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO A HALF MILE
OR LESS CAN BE EXPECTED. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO
EXPAND NORTHWARD THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE PATCHY DRIZZLE/FREEZING
DRIZZLE TO TRANSITION TO ALL SNOW. VISIBILITIES WILL STILL BE
AROUND 1 MILE OR LESS. CAUTION IS ADVISED FOR TRAVELERS THIS
AFTERNOON.
