  in the vicinity of the gage with the river more than 1.5 miles wide. Long
  Trussel Road in northeast Brazos County below State Highway 21 becomes
  inundated.

Persons are urged to stay away from the river until water levels recede.

Motorists should avoid any water covered roads and find an alternate route.

Livestock and equipment should remain out of the flood plain for the next few
days.

 The Caney Creek Near Splendora...
* until Sunday afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 0900 AM Friday...the stage was 15.2 feet.
* Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.  Major flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage late this morning and continue rapid rise
  to near 21.9 feet early Saturday morning.
* At 21.0 feet...Major lowland flooding begins with Buckingham Place Road on
  right upstream side threatened as water begins to cover Crockett-Martin Road
  on the left upstream side.
