  Neches River Near Beaumont
  Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake

...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in

  The Neches River Near Town Bluff.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  9:00 PM Monday the stage was 67.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 64.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 67.6 feet by
  midnight..and remain there for the next several days. Additional
  rises may be possible.
* Impact...At stages near 65.0 feet...Areas around Barlow Lake and
  Brushy Lake begin to flood.

* At  8:45 PM Monday the stage was 27.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  late Friday morning.
* Impact...At stages near 25.0 feet...Water inundates roads in
  lowland areas near the river. Low spots on Old Sour Lake Road are
  under water.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
  rise to near 13.0 feet by Friday evening.  Additional rises remain
  possible thereafter.
* Impact...at 12.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding occurs.

* Impact...at 14.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding.  Move livestock and
  equipment to higher ground away from the river.

* Forecast...The Attoyac Bayou will crest near 18.7 feet
  during late this Monday morning.  Then the bayou will
  fall to below flood stage by Saturday morning.

  the Sabine River Near Mineola, Texas.

* At 715 AM Monday the stage was 13.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage late this Monday morning and continue
  to rise to near 14.5 feet by Tuesday morning.  The river will fall
  below flood stage by Wednesday morning.
* Impact...at 14.0 feet...Expect flooding of secondary roadways with
  picnic and recreational areas flooded as well.
