* TIMING...THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...20 TO 30 BELOW TONIGHT...25 TO 40 BELOW
  TUESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW...UP TO AN INCH OF NEW SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING IN
  PETROLEUM COUNTY. GUSTY WINDS BEHIND THE FRONTAL PASSAGE WILL
  CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...LEADING TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.
  PEOPLE TRAVELING SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION.

* MAIN IMPACTS...FROSTBITE CAN OCCUR WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO
  UNPROTECTED SKIN. PETS AND YOUNG LIVESTOCK WILL BE AT RISK DUE
  TO THESE HARSH WINTER CONDITIONS.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TRY TO DRESS ADEQUATELY. BE SURE TO WEAR LAYERED LIGHT WEIGHT AND
WIND PROOF CLOTHING... AND WEAR A HAT AND MITTENS FOR PROTECTION

* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: FALLING TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WITH
  CONTINUED GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL COMBINE TO CREATE VERY COLD
  WIND CHILLS...STARTING AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO
  TUESDAY MORNING. THIS WILL INCREASE THE THREAT OF FROSTBITE ON
  EXPOSED SKIN.

* WIND CHILL VALUES: NORTH WINDS OF 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35
  MPH...COMBINED WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS
  BELOW ZERO...WILL CAUSE WIND CHILLS OF 20 BELOW ZERO TO 30 BELOW
  ZERO.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREAT FALLS HAS ISSUED A WIND
CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
11 AM MST TUESDAY. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BLOWING SNOW
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST TUESDAY.

* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL MAKE FOR
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. COLD OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES WILL
  ALSO COMBINE WITH THESE WINDS TO CAUSE VERY COLD WIND
  CHILLS...AND INCREASE THE THREAT OF FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: LESS THAN 1 INCH OVER THE PLAINS
  AND IN THE VALLEYS OVERNIGHT...WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE IN
  THE MOUNTAINS.

* WINDS AND VISIBILITY: GUSTY NORTH WINDS OF 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  30 MPH WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES IN
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* TEMPERATURE AND WIND CHILL: TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE SINGLE
  DIGITS BELOW ZERO OVERNIGHT...WITH CONTINUED WINDY
  CONDITIONS...WILL CREATE WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 BELOW ZERO TO
  30 BELOW ZERO...MAINLY LATER TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
