...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Nebraska...Missouri...

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Plattsmouth.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Minor flooding is occurring in the parking
  lots near the gauge site and boat ramp.  In addition, a private
  camping area just upstream of the gauge site begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 23.6 feet...or 2.4 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 27.1 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Though flooding is already ongoing, this
  is the level when flooding starts becoming more impactful,
  especially to agricultural areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.3 feet...or 1.7 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 20.4 feet Thursday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

  forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Wahoo Creek at Ithaca.

* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, The access road south of town is likely to
  flood. In addition, a low spot along Highway 66 just east of the
  gage site will flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.5 feet...or 2.5 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 21.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage late tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning to a crest of 20.3 feet early Thursday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
    morning.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Nebraska, including the
  following counties, Butler, Dodge, Douglas, Saunders and
  Washington.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 533 PM CDT, emergency management reported that sections of
    several roads in the area remain flooded from the overnight
    rainfall. Flooding is ongoing.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Northern Omaha, Fremont, Wahoo, Bennington, Valley,
    Arlington, Fort Calhoun, Cedar Bluffs, Valparaiso, Mead,
    Kennard, Brainard, Inglewood, Weston, Prague, Ithaca, Morse
    Bluff, Octavia, Malmo and Leshara.
