* TIMING...WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...DIMINISHING
  DURING THE EARLY EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...NO VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS ARE EXPECTED.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS ARE EXPECTED ON NORTH TO
  SOUTH AND NORTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS. DIFFICULT
  DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
