.A LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL MOVE FROM THE PLAINS STATES TODAY TO
THE GREAT LAKES REGION BY LATE TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES
THROUGH THE WESTERN UNITED STATES. THE STEEP PRESSURE GRADIENT
BETWEEN THE HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE AREAS WILL PRODUCE BREEZY
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS TODAY AND VERY WINDY
CONDITIONS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF BLOWING SNOW AND BLOWING DUST
ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS REGION ON TUESDAY.

  ANTICIPATED WEST OF A LEOTI TO GOODLAND AND YUMA LINE.

* TIMING/DURATION...WIND SPEEDS WILL INCREASE RAPIDLY TUESDAY
  MORNING AND WILL DIMINISH AGAIN BY LATE TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL LEAD TO AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW OR
  BLOWING DUST WITH LOCALIZED VISIBILITIES OF ONE MILE OR LESS
  POSSIBLE. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING EAST OR WEST WILL BE
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO TIPPING OVER.
