.A COLD FRONT QUICKLY PASSING THROUGH THE REGION WILL BRING A
PERIOD OF GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS TODAY. FUNNELING OF WINDS DOWN THE
BAY WILL ALSO GIVE A BOOST TO GUSTS. WINDS AND WAVES WILL PEAK
THIS MORNING...THEN GRADUALLY DIMINISH IN THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...MAXIMUM WINDS OF 15 TO 20 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED...WITH
  FREQUENT GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS. THE HIGHEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
  BEGIN ON THE CENTRAL BAY OF GREEN BAY AND OFFSHORE OF NORTHERN
  DOOR COUNTY EARLY THIS MORNING...AND MOVE SOUTH AS THE MORNING
  PROGRESSES.

* WAVES...WAVES OF 2 TO 4 FEET. LOCALIZED AREAS WITH FAVORABLE
  FETCH AND SHORELINE CONDITIONS MAY SEE WAVES OF 4 TO 5 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

...BURST OF NORTHEAST WINDS THIS MORNING...

.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL ACCELERATE SOUTH OVER LAKE MICHIGAN
EARLY THIS MORNING...BRINGING A BURST OF GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS
AND HIGH WAVES. 25 TO 30 KNOT WIND GUSTS ARE EXPECTED WITH THE
PASSAGE OF THE COLD FRONT. BRISK AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING AND SLOWLY WEAKEN THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON. HIGH WAVES WILL BUILD THROUGH THE MORNING AND GRADUALLY
SUBSIDE LATE IN THE DAY.
