MORNING...THEN SHIFT OUT OF THE STATE THIS AFTERNOON. PERIODS OF
MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND
FAR NORTHEAST WISCONSIN THROUGH MID-MORNING...THEN QUICKLY TAPER
OFF.

* SNOW WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF BETWEEN 8 AM AND 10 AM...THEN
  TAPER OFF.

* AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW WILL BOOST STORM TOTALS TO 4
  TO 8 INCHES...EXCEPT 8 TO 12 INCHES IN NORTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY.

* REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL RESULT IN
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE.

TODAY. SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...IS EXPECTED OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF
UPPER MICHIGAN THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. MINIMAL ADDITIONAL SNOW
WILL OCCUR OVER THE EAST HALF OF UPPER MICHIGAN. THE SNOW WILL
DIMINISH AND END BY EARLY AFTERNOON ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN.
