...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* TIMING...West and northwest winds will strengthen through the
  day, and persist into much of tonight.

* WINDS...Occasional gusts to 45 mph are expected, more so along
  the Lake Michigan coastline, and in other exposed locations.

* IMPACTS...Loose objects will be blown about. Small branches
  and tree limbs may be downed. High-profile vehicles will be
  difficult to drive.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
