A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

* AT 327 AM CHST...RADAR SHOWED BANDS OF HEAVY RAIN AND
  THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER GUAM FROM THE SOUTHWEST...WITH RAIN
  RATES NEAR TWO INCHES PER HOUR.

* THIS ADVISORY INCLUDES ALL OF THE ISLAND OF GUAM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STAY AWAY FROM STREAMS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND LOW LYING AREAS PRONE
TO FLOODING.

RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL ALSO CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE
TO PONDING...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND POOR BRAKING ACTION.

DO NOT CROSS FAST FLOWING OR RISING WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE OR ON FOOT.
