* WAVES AND SURF...ON GUAM...SURF ON EAST FACING REEFS IS BETWEEN
  10 AND 12 FEET. SURF ON SOUTH FACING REEFS IS BETWEEN 8 AND 10
  FEET.

* TIMING...SURF WILL SUBSIDE BELOW HAZARDOUS LEVELS THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THE SURF WILL CREATE A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS
  ALONG EAST AND SOUTH FACING REEFS OF THE MARIANAS. MINOR
  COASTAL INUNDATION OF AROUND 1 FOOT IS POSSIBLE ALONG WITH
  SOME LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HAZARDOUS SURF OF AT LEAST 9 FEET
WILL AFFECT EXPOSED REEFS AND BEACHES. STAY AWAY FROM EXPOSED
REEFS AND BEACHES...ESPECIALLY THOSE ALONG EAST AND SOUTH FACING
REEFS.

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN
THE ADVISORY AREA...PRODUCING RIP CURRENTS AND LOCALIZED BEACH
EROSION.

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
