IN AND AROUND ST. FRANCIS WITH WATER COVERING ROUTE 161. A PORTION
OF 161 EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE TOWN LINE BETWEEN ST. FRANCIS AND ST.
JOHN EXTENDING WEST TO ALLAGASH REMAINS CLOSED. FLOODING WAS ALSO
REPORTED AT KELLY`S CROSSING NEAR ST FRANCIS.
