  COASTAL WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN MA TO CHATHAM MA TO NANTUCKET MA
  OUT 20 NM...
  NANTUCKET SOUND...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM MARTHAS VINEYARD TO NANTUCKET FROM 25 TO 45 NM
  OFFSHORE...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM PROVINCETOWN TO NANTUCKET FROM 20 TO 35 NM
  OFFSHORE...
  OCEAN WATERS FROM THE MERRIMACK RIVER TO PLYMOUTH FROM 40 TO 60 NM

AT 1056 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 MILES EAST
OF STELLWAGEN BANK TO NEAR MONOMOY POINT TO 21 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE
COASTAL WATERS SOUTH OF MARTHAS VINEYARD...MOVING EAST AT 40 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. CONSIDER HEADING FOR SAFE HARBOR OR REMAINING
BELOW DECK UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
