* TIMING...THROUGH 6 PM HST TODAY. THE WIND ADVISORY MAY NEED TO
  BE EXTENDED BEYOND TODAY IF STRONG WINDS PERSIST.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN BRING DOWN TREE BRANCHES AND
  MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
