  Lake Road. The lowest buildings off FM 980 northwest of Riverside flood.

Do not drive automobiles through flooded areas. Remember, 18 inches
of water or less can carry away most vehicles, including trucks.

  including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of

The flood warning continues for
  the Angelina River Near Lufkin, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 700 AM Monday The stage was 12.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 10 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 12.7 feet by
  Tuesday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...at 12.0 feet...Lowland flooding will continue to slowly
  diminish over the next several days.

The flood warning continues for
  the Red River At Coushatta, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:00 AM Monday The stage was 33.4 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 31 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 36.5 feet by
  Sunday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...at 38.0 feet...Major and near-record flooding occurs.
  Several secondary roads flood and must be closed. Louisiana highway
  515 closed due to backwater flooding into Loggy Bayou.
  Additionally, Lake Bistineau will rise above flood pool stage due
  to backwater. Louisiana Highway 480 will be closed as well. Cattle
  and equipment should be moved to higher ground well away from levee
  systems.  Expect extensive flooding in and near levee systems.

  the Red River At Grand Ecore, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 1030 AM Monday the stage was 36.7 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 33 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 40.5 feet by
  June 8 then begin falling.
* Impact...at 41.0 feet...The Kansas City Southern railroad bed
  flooded and closed. Several thousand acres of floodplain inundated.
  Severe backwater flooding along Bayou Pierre with backup of water
  into Black, Clear and Saline lakes will take place.

...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT FRIDAY FOR
NORTHWESTERN ORANGE...EAST CENTRAL HARDIN AND SOUTHERN JASPER
COUNTIES...

AT 1023 AM CDT...REPORTING GAUGES INDICATED FLOODING ALONG THE
NECHES RIVER FROM NEAR WEISS BLUFF TO THE SALTWATER BARRIER. THE
WATER LEVELS ARE ESTIMATED TO BE NEAR 16.4 FEET AND THE LATEST
READING AT THE SALTWATER BARRIER IS 7.5 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST
TO RISE TO 16.6 FEET BY LATE TUESDAY EVENING...AND THEN BEGIN
FALLING.

THESE WATER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN MODERATE FLOODING TO
LOW LYING COMMUNITIES ALONG THE RIVER IN NORTHWEST ORANGE COUNTY
FROM AROUND LAKE VIEW TO THE SALTWATER BARRIER THROUGH FRIDAY.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
LAKEVIEW AND WEISS BLUFF.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

* from Tuesday evening until further notice...or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 745 AM Monday the stage was 27.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Tuesday evening and continue
  to rise to near 28.4 feet by Thursday morning.
* Impact...at 28.0 feet...Expect lowland flooding problems of the
  heavily wooded floodplain to continue for several days.
