* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* MAXIMUM FORECAST STAGE OF 14.0 FEET THURSDAY APRIL 17.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 13.0 FEET.
* FORECAST TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY WEDNESDAY APRIL 16 AND
  CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 14.0 FEET BY THURSDAY APRIL 17.THE RIVER
  WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY FRIDAY APRIL 18.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 23.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 23.2 FEET BY THIS
  AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 23.5 FEET...FLOOD WATER IS COVERING THE GRAVEL ROAD
  SOUTH OF WEST POINT THAT LEADS TO THE TIBBEE CREEK BRIDGE NEAR
  TIBBEE.
* IMPACT...AT 23.0 FEET...FLOODING IN LOW AREAS ON THE LEFT BANK IS
  OCCURRING.

* IMPACT...AT 122 FEET...CATTLE IN LOW-LYING AREAS OF SOUTHERN
  PICKENS COUNTY SHOULD BE MOVED TO HIGHER GROUND. CATTLE ARE CUTOFF
  IN LOWLANDS OF SOUTHERN PICKENS COUNTY AT STAGES ABOVE 122 FEET.
