...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SOUTH AT 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SUCH AS SEMI`S AND
  MOTORCYCLES SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE DANGER OF STRONG WINDS.
  MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE EXTRA CAUTION WHILE DRIVING IN THE
  WIND ADVISORY AREA...ESPECIALLY ALONG WEST TO EAST ORIENTED
  HIGHWAYS WHERE CROSSWIND EFFECTS WILL OCCUR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 30 MPH
AND/OR WIND GUSTS OVER 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED.  WINDS THIS STRONG
CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
