* UNTIL 515 PM EDT

* AT 317 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  NORTH MYRTLE BEACH...LITTLE RIVER...NORTH MYRTLE BEACH AIRPORT...

LOW-LYING AREAS. AREAS MOST PRONE TO FLOODING INCLUDE THE MARKET...
CROSSTOWN...EAST BAY STREET...AND MORRISON DRIVE. SLOW DOWN WHEN
TRAVELING...ALLOWING EXTRA DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE
AHEAD...AND DO NOT DRIVE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.

  WEST CENTRAL CALHOUN COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...
  EAST CENTRAL AIKEN COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 334 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO A SLOW
  MOVING LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL
  STREAM FLOODING.
  OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. BETWEEN AN INCH AND A HALF TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  WAGENER...NORTH...SALLEY...NEESES...PERRY...WOODFORD...
  LIVINGSTON AND WINDSOR.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.
THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
