...ELEVATED SEAS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN LONG PERIOD SOUTHEAST
SWELL TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...

.LONG PERIOD SWELL FROM DISTANT HURRICANE EDOUARD WILL GRADUALLY
BUILD SEAS TO 4 TO 6 FEET ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY. SEAS WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY...THOUGH ELEVATED SEAS MAY LINGER ACROSS THE CENTRAL
WATERS INTO THE WEEKEND WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
