WEDNESDAY MORNING...

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE TRACKING NORTH ALONG THE EASTERN
SEABOARD WILL BRING PRECIPITATION INTO SOUTHEASTERN KENTUCKY LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WHILE THE PRECIPITATION COULD
BEGIN AS RAIN JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT...IT IS EXPECTED TO QUICKLY
TRANSITION TO SNOW. THE SNOW WILL THEN CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY
MORNING BEFORE COMING TO AN END. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
REMAIN LIGHT WITH AN INCH OR LESS OF SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE
OUTSIDE OF THE HIGHER TERRAIN NEARER TO THE VIRGINIA BORDER...MAINLY
ON THE RIDGES AND GRASSY...OR ELEVATED SURFACES.
