* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH
  MIDNIGHT BEFORE GRADUALLY DIMINISHING TO FLURRIES OVERNIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 1 INCH WILL BE
  POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE TEENS AND 20S THIS
  EVENING...ANY RESIDUAL SLUSH OR WATER WILL FREEZE. THIS WILL
  CREATE SLICK AND HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ON
  OVERPASSES...SECONDARY...AND UNTREATED ROADWAYS. MOTORISTS ARE
  ADVISED TO DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
