  GALESBURG TO BLOOMINGTON/NORMAL LINE.

* WIND...GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS OF UP TO 35 MPH WILL
  CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE SNOW BY LATE THIS

* IMPACTS...ROADWAYS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS THIS THIS
