This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Indiana, southwest
Michigan and northwest Ohio.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Periodic chances of showers and thunderstorms are expected for much
of this period. Greatest potential of storms will be Wednesday night
into Thursday, and then again on Saturday and Sunday. There is a
Marginal Risk of severe storms for Wednesday night, mainly for a
threat of strong wind gusts. Some locally heavy rainfall is possible
with any of the thunderstorms.

Dangerous swimming conditions are possible Thursday afternoon into
early Friday across southeast Lake Michigan beaches. North winds are
expected to develop behind a cold front leading to building waves.

This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

An active pattern of showers and thunderstorms returns today. Heavy
rainfall is the primary hazard, but potential exists for isolated
damaging wind gusts to 60 mph. A Marginal Risk for thunderstorms
reaching severe intensity is outlooked for Wednesday afternoon and
Wednesday night.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A cold front works through Thursday with additional morning
thunderstorms. Severe weather is not expected with this frontal
passage, before drier conditions expand across the Great Lakes into
Thursday afternoon.

Late this afternoon into this evening, isolated strong to severe
storms are possible, with damaging winds the primary threat.

Otherwise, heavy rain and lightning will be the main threats from
storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorms are possible most days.

Lightning and locally heavy rain will be the primary threats with
the storms.

Heat indices over 100 degrees may become common next Tuesday
afternoon.
