* IMPACT...AT STAGES NEAR 4.0 FEET...MINOR MARSHLAND FLOODING

  AFTERNOON. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY THURSDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE
  TO RISE TO NEAR 8.2 FEET BY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS AT 8.0 FEET...LOW SWAMPY TIMBERLAND ALONG THE RIVER BEGINS TO FLOOD.
  FLOOD GATES SHOULD BE CLOSED AND EQUIPMENT MOVED OUT OF THE LOW GROUNDS ALONG
  THE RIVER AND TRIBUTARIES.
