WILL WARM ABOVE FREEZING BY MID-MORNING ACROSS THE AREA. FREEZING
TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH OF THE
INTERSTATE 10 AND 12 CORRIDOR NORTH OF LAKE PONTCHARTRAIN ON
