CONTINUE DEVELOPING ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST TEXAS...SOUTHWEST
ARKANSAS AND NORTHERN LOUISIANA. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY WAS
LOCATED ACROSS NORTHEAST TEXAS FROM EAST OF JACKSONVILLE TO NEAR
CARTHAGE TEXAS AND SOUTH OF SHREVEPORT TO NEAR BIENVILLE
LOUISIANA. ELSEWHERE...THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WAS NOTED FROM NEAR
TEXARKANA TO NEAR ARKADELPHIA ARKANSAS AND FROM NEAR WINNFIELD
SOUTH AND WEST TO NEAR THE LOWER TOLEDO BEND RESERVOIR.
MOVEMENT OF THIS ACTIVITY WAS GENERALLY TO THE NORTHEAST NEAR 20
MPH. FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...
HAIL AND STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STRONG TO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY EARLY THIS MORNING.

AND HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS
