AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH THROUGH 10 PM...BUT
ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS OF UP TO A HALF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE
UNDER THE HEAVIER STORMS...PARTICULARLY NEAR KILGORE AND
LONGVIEW.
