FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

..A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE STATE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT
WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING RAPIDLY BEHIND THE BOUNDARY. WINTRY
PRECIPITATION WILL BE POSSIBLE AS EARLY AS WEDNESDAY MORNING
ACROSS NORTHERN ARKANSAS...AND WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTH
THROUGH THE DAY. RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO A PERIOD OF SLEET AND
FREEZING RAIN...THEN TRANSITION TO SNOW. SOME LOCATIONS OVER
SOUTHERN ARKANSAS MAY SEE ICE AMOUNTS EXCEEDING A QUARTER OF AN
INCH...BUT AT THIS TIME...THE MAJORITY OF THE STATE WILL SEE SNOW

* EVENT...FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...AND SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
  STATE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ON WEDNESDAY. WINTRY PRECIPITATION
  WILL INITIALLY START AS FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET BEFORE QUICKLY
  TRANSITIONING TO SNOW. FREEZING RAIN ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LESS
  THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH. SNOW AMOUNTS WILL BE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES
  WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS.

* AREAS AFFECTED...MUCH OF THE CENTRAL THIRD OF THE STATE.

* TIMING...A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL BEGIN BY
  MIDDAY WEDNESDAY AND QUICKLY TRANSITION TO SNOW BEFORE THE
