* At  8:45 AM Friday the stage was 15.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 16.3 feet by
  tomorrow morning then begin falling on Sunday.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Minor flooding expands into the woodlands
  along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on the U.S.
  Highway 221 bridge. The water will be one to two feet deep over
  portions of Towns Bluff Lane by the bridge. Flood waters continue
  to expand further into south Montgomery County around 1.5 miles
  upstream from the gage. The water will be 2 to 4 feet over large
  portions of Three Rivers Lane...Altamaha River Road and Ogle
  Sandbar Road.

* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 15.1 feet by early
  Sunday morning. The river will fall below flood stage late Monday
  morning.
* Impact: At 13.0 feet: Minor flooding begins at Dawson. Flooding may
  also affect areas downstream near Leesburg.

* Forecast: Rise above flood stage by tomorrow afternoon and continue
  to rise to near 15.4 feet by Sunday morning. The river will fall
  below flood stage by early Tuesday morning.
* Impact: At 15.0 feet: This is considered initial flood stage. River
  access roads and lowlands along the river will be flooded.

* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 21.3 feet by
  Monday morning then begin falling.
* Impact: At 22.0 feet: Minor lowland flooding will occur on many
  roads including Byrd Parker Road, Warmouth Drive, Gaskin Park, the
  end of Lake Grove Road, Elm Street on Red Bull Island, and Lower
  Landing on Howards Creek. The 22.0 ft level at Blountstown may at
  times not be representative of river levels in the these areas due
  to tidal effects, winds, or local rainfall and should be used with
  caution.

* At 12 feet...Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding of lowlands
  adjacent to the river begins. The water level reaches the top of
  the Abbeville boat ramp and also begins to flood the nearby park.

* Flood stage is 135.0 feet.
* The current stage of 137.2 feet is the same as 16.9 feet in the old
  datum. The forecast crest of 138.1 feet is the same as 17.8 feet in
  the old datum.
* Impact: At 140.0 feet: Highway 122 east flooded near bridge. Water
  intrudes into backyards along Winding Way, Park Lane, and
  Meadowbrook Drive.

  possible thereafter.
* At 12.0 feet, water encroaches on some homes along Dashers Landing
