* AT  8:15 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 21.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO A STAGE OF 20.7 FEET
  BY FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 22.0 FEET...MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING WILL OCCUR ON MANY
  ROADS INCLUDING BYRD PARKER ROAD...WARMOUTH DRIVE...GASKIN
  PARK...THE END OF LAKE GROVE ROAD...ELM STREET ON RED BULL
  ISLAND...AND LOWER LANDING ON HOWARDS CREEK. THE 22.0 FT LEVEL AT

  SLOWLY FALLING.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12 FEET.
* ALTHOUGH THE RIVER IS SLOWLY FALLING...IT IS FORECAST TO RISE ABOVE
  FLOOD STAGE AGAIN SATURDAY MORNING AND REMAIN AROUND 12 FEET INTO
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY LATE
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
* AT 12 FEET...FLOOD STAGE IS REACHED. MINOR FLOODING OF LOWLANDS
  ADJACENT TO THE RIVER BEGINS. THE WATER LEVEL REACHES THE TOP OF
  THE ABBEVILLE BOAT RAMP AND ALSO BEGINS TO FLOOD THE NEARBY PARK.
