* WINDS AND SEAS...WEST WINDS INCREASING TO 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH
  GALE FORCE GUSTS 35 TO 40 KNOTS POSSIBLE MONDAY AFTERNOON
  THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET. WINDS AND SEAS HIGHEST
  BEYOND 40 NM FROM THE COAST.

* IMPACTS...GALE FORCE WINDS AND HIGH SEAS CAN PRODUCE DANGEROUS
  CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CRAFT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DURING A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.

THE RISK FOR GALE FORCE WINDS HAS INCREASED. MARINERS SHOULD

* WINDS AND SEAS...WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO
  30 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO GALE FORCE MONDAY INTO MONDAY
  NIGHT. CHOPPY SHORT PERIOD SEAS BUILDING TO 7 TO 10 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WATCH MEANS THAT FREQUENT WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 34 AND 47
KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 36 HOURS. MARINERS SHOULD PREPARE NOW
FOR GALE FORCE WINDS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN PORT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
