RAINFALL WILL COMBINE TO FORM DENSE FOG IN MANY VALLEY LOCATIONS
THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING. DRIVERS MAY EXPERIENCE RAPDILY
CHANGING CONDITIONS WITH VISIBILITY NEAR ZERO AT TIMES...
ESPECIALLY ON ROADWAYS THAT HAVE LARGE CHANGES IN ELEVATION.

DRIVERS SHOULD USE EXTRA CARE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...
ESPECIALLY ON INTERSTATE 77 THROUGH FANCY GAP. USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS AND SLOW DOWN.
