...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF
EASTERN WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ON SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

.NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED ON SATURDAY AS A
STRONG RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE REGION. WARM AND
DRY CONDITIONS WILL YIELD VERY LOW AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES. THIS IS EXPECTED TO COMBINE WITH DRY FUELS AND STRONG
WESTERLY WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH TO PRODUCE EXPLOSIVE
FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL.

HIGHS WILL BE IN THE MID 70S TO AROUND 80...WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES OF 15 TO 20 PERCENT. WEST WINDS WILL BE 20 TO 30
MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL ALSO MOVE
THROUGH THE AREA SATURDAY EVENING. WINDS WILL SHIFT NORTHWEST
BEHIND THE FRONT AND MAY GUST IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THE COMBINATION
OF DRY FUELS...GUSTY WINDS...A FRONTAL PASSAGE...AND DRY RELATIVE
