AT 318 PM MDT THE LEADING EDGE OF AN AREA OF RAIN WAS LOCATED FROM 6
MILES SOUTHEAST OF INMAN TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF LEWELLEN...MOVING NORTH
AT 15 MPH. THIS RAIN EXTENDED SOUTH TO GRANT...NORTH PLATTE AND
OCONTO. OTHER SCATTERED SHOWERS EXTENDED SOUTH TO THE KANSAS BORDER.

LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...
INTERSTATE 80...AMELIA...INMAN...LEWELLEN...HALSEY AND ROSE.

HEAVY SHOWERS MAY PRODUCE 1/2 INCH OF RAIN IN AN HOUR. OTHERWISE
1/10 TO 1/4 INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED IN AN HOUR AS THIS RAIN MOVES
SLOWLY NORTH THIS EVENING.

THIS RAIN WAS PART OF A VAST AREA OF UNSETTLED WEATHER STRETCHING
FROM WASHINGTON TO SOUTHWEST TEXAS. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS
EXPECTED ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA DURING THE NEXT 7
DAYS AS THIS AREA OF DISTURBANCE WEATHER MOVES THROUGH THE CENTRAL
PLAINS.
