Patchy fog has developed across portions of East Texas, Southeast
Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas this morning, which will reduce
visibilities to below a mile at times. Motorists are urged to use
low beam headlights, slow down, and allow for extra travel time
during the morning commute. The patchy fog should lift around mid
morning.
