* COASTAL FLOODING...WATER LEVELS 1 TO 2 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL
  POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY DURING HIGH TIDE.

* TIMING...THROUGH 7 PM THURSDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE FOR ALL INLAND BAYS AND SOUNDS
  AND ALONG ALL GULF BEACHES FOR ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

  THE SURF IS DANGEROUS FOR ALL LEVELS OF SWIMMERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS. RIP CURRENTS ARE LIFE-
THREATENING TO ANYONE ENTERING THE SURF. SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD. IF
CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT REMAIN CALM. DON`T FIGHT THE CURRENT. SWIM
IN A DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE SHORELINE. IF UNABLE TO ESCAPE...FACE
THE SHORE AND CALL OR WAVE FOR HELP. IF TIRED...FLOAT OR TREAD WATER
UNTIL OUT OF THE RIP CURRENT.

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT STRONG EASTERLY WINDS
COMBINED WITH TIDES RUNNING ABOVE PREDICATED LEVELS COULD GENERATE
FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORES OF ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST.
