CONDITIONS THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY...

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR PROTECTED WATERS...BAYS AND
SOUNDS THROUGH TONIGHT...

.GALE CONDITIONS DUE TO STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVER
THE OPEN GULF WATERS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON WITH SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY WINDS OVER BAYS AND SOUNDS. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOLLOWS
FOR THE ENTIRE AREA LATER THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT...THEN FOR
THE OPEN GULF WATERS WEDNESDAY MORNING AS THE OFFSHORE FLOW GRADUALLY
SUBSIDES.

TO NOON CST WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO
  GALE FORCE THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...THEN GRADUALLY
  DIMINISHING TO AROUND 20 KNOTS WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* SEAS...OUT TO 20 NM...5 TO 8 FEET SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET
  WEDNESDAY MORNING. 20 NM TO 60 NM...8 TO 12 FEET SUBSIDING TO
  4 TO 6 FEET LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
