WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO OUT TO 60 NM UNTIL 7 AM CDT FRIDAY...

.A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND MODERATE SEAS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE OPEN GULF
WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE NORTH. THE
WINDS WILL DECREASE AND THE SEAS SUBSIDE ON FRIDAY.
