ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING: DENSEST FOG IS OCCURRING NOW THROUGH THE NEXT SEVERAL
  HOURS. VISIBILITIES EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: STOCKTON...MODESTO...HIGHWAY 99.

* VISIBILITY...AREAS OF VISIBILITY LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE.

* IMPACTS: DENSE FOG CAN MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY
  DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE. SLOW DOWN...PUT HEADLIGHTS ON LOW
  BEAM...AND LEAVE EXTRA STOPPING DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE

SOUTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNTIL NOON PST TODAY.

* TIMING...THE DENSEST FOG WILL BE AROUND TO A COUPLE OF HOURS
  AFTER SUNRISE...IMPACTING THE MORNING COMMUTE. THE FOG WILL
  BEGIN TO LIFT BY NOON.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE. LOCALLY LESS
  THAN 500 FEET.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG CAN MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY
