OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

AND MOVE ACROSS SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN FRIDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE
REACHING EASTERN ONTARIO CANADA SATURDAY. STRONG EAST TO
NORTHEAST WINDS...ALONG WITH BUILDING WAVES ARE EXPECTED.

FREQUENT GUSTS TO 35 KNOT GALES ARE EXPECTED LATER TONIGHT...WITH
HIGH WAVES. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN GUSTY AND BACK TO THE
NORTHWEST LATER FRIDAY...AND LINGER INTO SATURDAY NIGHT. THE HIGH
WAVES WILL GRADUALLY PUSH OUT OVER THE OPEN WATERS OF LAKE
MICHIGAN DURING THIS PERIOD. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL LIKELY
BE NEEDED FOR FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY NIGHT.

VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
