...Dense Fog Diminishing Over The Waters, With Gusty Winds and
Building Waves Into Tuesday Night...

.Dense fog has diminished over the nearshore waters, with the
rain moving through the area. Gusty north to northwest winds are
expected to develop overnight, and linger into Tuesday night, in
response to strong low pressure moving away from the region. These
winds will generate building waves during this time.
