SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE
LIKELY. THESE GUSTS MAY CAUSE DRIVING TO BE DIFFICULT AT
TIMES...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGHER PROFILE VEHICLES.
ADDITIONALLY...LOOSE OBJECTS SUCH AS TRASH CANS MAY BE BLOWN
AROUND.
