* WHERE...In Iowa, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque and Benton
  Counties. In Illinois, Jo Daviess County.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel
  conditions, including during the morning commute on Friday. Be
  prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
